The Bible study course we teach

Once an inmate has come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, he must

not only know what he believes about Jesus, but also why he believes it.

We chose trusted leaders to write the courses we teach: a Doctor of Divinity, Pastors, Sunday School

teachers and people with very diverse backgrounds who know how to research and teach God’s Word.

It is our prayer that inmates would not just see words on paper, but would be challenged

by introspective thoughts and restorative verses that would allow God to speak to them.

Our Bible study course includes many of the questions inmates have asked, such as:

Creation..............

Bible....................

Who is God.........

Sin.......................

Salvation............

Prayer.................

Is Jesus God.......

Church................

Why were we created?  Who created God?  How did God have the power to create?

Can you prove the Bible to be true?  Has prophecy really been fulfilled?  How did we get the Bible?

What is the Trinity.  Where did He come from?  Why did God allow Jesus to die?

What is sin?  Why is there sin?  Why did God allow sin?

What is Salvation?  What is faith?  Can I ever lose my salvation?  Does baptism save?

What answers might God give?  How does prayer work?  Exactly how do you pray?

Did Jesus claim to be God?  Does the Bible claim Jesus is God?  Did Jesus exist before this world?

Why does the church meet on Sunday?   Why should I go?  What kind of church should I go to?  What is it going to do for me?
