General Pipe Extruder Production Line

Production Line Composition

The main machine of the general pipe extruder is the core equipment of the entire production line. The main machine features a high – precision screw and barrel design, equipped with an advanced multi – zone temperature control system to guarantee the stability and uniformity of raw materials during the extrusion process. The cooling system is a crucial part of the general pipe extruder production line. It is mainly responsible for rapidly cooling and shaping the pipes after extrusion to ensure the dimensional stability and surface quality of the finished products. This system usually consists of a stainless – steel cooling water tank and a precisely controlled cooling circulation device.

The pulling system is an important component of the general pipe extruder production line. It is mainly used to stably pull the formed pipes out of the cooling water tank at a constant speed, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the pipes during the extrusion and cooling processes.
