General Pipe Extruder Production Line

Production Line Composition
The main machine of the general pipe extruder is the core equipment of the entire production line. It is responsible for efficiently plasticizing and extruding raw materials to ensure the quality and production efficiency of pipes. The main machine features a high – precision screw and barrel design, equipped with an advanced multi – zone temperature control system to guarantee the stability and uniformity of raw materials during the extrusion process. The cooling system is a crucial part of the general pipe extruder production line. It is mainly responsible for rapidly cooling and shaping the pipes after extrusion to ensure the dimensional stability and surface quality of the finished products. This system usually consists of a stainless – steel cooling water tank and a precisely controlled cooling circulation device.
The pulling system is an important component of the general pipe extruder production line. It is mainly used to stably pull the formed pipes out of the cooling water tank at a constant speed, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the pipes during the extrusion and cooling processes. The traction system is usually equipped with multiple sets of traction tracks or belts, and through a precise speed control system, it can achieve stable traction for pipes of different specifications and wall thicknesses.
The cutting and storage systems are the last two key links in the general pipe extruder production line, jointly ensuring a smooth and efficient complete process from pipe production to packaging. The cutting system first precisely cuts the continuous pipes according to the preset length, and the storage system then neatly coils or stacks the cut pipes.
